Bang on. You could also have mentioned the 20 odd caps for the senior side as well mate, plus being made vice captain of Spurs in a five year career following four at Newcastle. He is a fantastic player. For the other poster to say he isn't good enough because he can't get into Spurs team would, by extension, mean we should turn our noses up at Crouch, Defoe, Palacios, Basong and probably half a dozen other fantastic players who would walk into our team. Amazing how quickly some fans - not you - get too big for their boots.

Yea, really hope we can seal some big deals. A player I've been thinking a lot about is Adam Johnson at Manchester City, not good enough to be in their squad apperently. Prem class player in my opinion who need games. A season long loan with us paying 2/3 of his weekly wages? Wouldn't do any harm

don't get me wrong. I really rate Faurlin. But if i'm looking at a player to play for me tomorrow, I'd go with Jenas above him. It's a squad game and Faurlin will still play a big part.
