Loan Deals in the Prem?

Can you bring in players on loan in the Prem after the transfer deadline?

I know you can bring in loanees a week after Deadline Day in the FL, but not sure if it's different for Prem clubs.

No you can't, only an emergency loan if you have no keepers.
