I'm going with me mate who's an Everton fan. He told me a couple of pubs that away fans usually go in but can't remember the bl00dy names of em. Will ask him again tomorrow.

There don't seem to be a de facto away pub - most pubs seem content to have a "mixed" approach. That said, The Arkles (the away pub for Anfield) does get used by away fans even for EFC games. It's years since we played them but I remember using Royal Oak and Black Horse with no probs.
Blue Noses from work have invited me to The Albany but it's down a warren of back streets in the badlands of Kirkdale so I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to Rs fans unfamiliar with the local geography.

Bear in mind that Liverpool city centre is awash with drunken students at the best of times. With A Level results being published yesterday you're likely to look very out of place if you're over 25 tonight

Liverpool is a fantastic night out. Really good bars and great nightlife. My last conquest was with a 20 year old student in manchester. Northern girls have far less attitude than in surrey so I say go for it.

Rohypnol? On scouse birds? Mate, so long as you have a note on you (even a minging old £5er) and you dont wear a shell suit and/or spit whilst you talk (usually about new Fila tracksuit bottoms) then youre guarenteed to be hanging out the back of a birdy or 2 up there... Granted, probably down a stinking ****-soaked alleyway whilst she applies the routine fake tan to her face as you go, but thats not a problem, they all count
