If its only been tied up in the last day or two then he wouldnt have signed anyone by now.

What also worries me is that this announcement/statement whatever you call it was rumoured to be arranged yesterday evening, maybe earlier. If it was done by then, wouldn't they have told us sooner. I'm hoping that they wanted to fly certain people in and get things properly sorted for it all so that takes a few days and Neil has been told the takeover is done and he has funds to use and is on the quiet, looking at players or following up targets he thought not possible before.

I have a good feeling it will be positive news, but with a smidgeon of bad news. ie fernandes completes take over to become majority shareholder, coupled with flavio has also increased his shares haha.
