Couldn't see him joining us on a permanent deal, even with new investment we wouldn't pay the required funds. A season long loan is a different matter though. Parker has been quoted as saying he wants to stay in the Prem for the sake of his England career and I'm sure if the right loan fee was proposed West Ham would go for it.
