How do I let someone use my ST without them having my card? Before I just used to mail the paper slip.

I'm not around for the Newxastle game, and doubt I'll make Man City either.
    Your mum would love me...

Simply ring the Box Office and tell them you can't make the game, give them your seat details and they will print out the tickets and leave them for collection. Whoever you give them to will have to know your postcode as a way of identification when picking them up.
I have to do it for late evening kick-offs as I can't get home 'cos trains don't come out this way after a certain time. Also you always have your season tickets with you, simples.

I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most
