I honestly think it was one of a few things Flavio and Bernie did good as I love the new badge myself

Which old badge? I always hated the 80's one, and would rather keep the current one than go back to that. I liked the 70's one.

Badge is ok no need to change now, times change.
Bring back Jude (no real cost) and get rid of the chandeliers sell them on eBay (might aswell make some money out of what the ***** did).
My opinion, give t&c both chandeliers as leaving (good riddance) presents. Get some normality back to the club.
A Lowering of the matchday prices would be good, we're saving enough as ST holders so I won't worry if it brings back some of the real fans.
