    Fitz Hall....

Last season Hall wasn't good enough to get in the side to displace the best pairing in the land out out of all 92 sides in Gorks and Connolly. Can someone explain how he started today??? Thought him and Gabiddon were so poor today. They may look big but they were pulled apart so easily! I am dreading those 2 against proper teams in this league. God knows what Gorks and Connolly have done to be been dropped ahead of Hall and Gabiddon.
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

Gorkss not even in the squad, think that says it all for his future at QPR.

How can you say 'they get pulled away so easily' and then ask why gorkks and connolly were dropped? Gorkks gets pulled away more than Hall and Gabbidon and Connolly would have been destroyed by Davies. That is why they were dropped.

So why didn't Hall get in the side last season?? Gorks and Connolly's record last season was the best in the land. FACT. Hall's record with Rangers is appalling. 4 clean sheets....enough said. Was shown up today. Not good enough for the Championship. Most certainly not good enough for the Premiership!

Thought gabbidon and hall did well in the first half. After the own goal things changed granted. However with Connolly and gorkss in defence - things would've been worse. Gabbidon and hall are not exactly quick but even Kevin Davies would DESTROY gorkss in a foot race.

So much talk about gabbidon and hall. The real talk should be about Orr and hill - Their positioning was awful. Bolton winger plays 1-2 with Bolton full back so what do our full backs do? They try to challenge the full back with our holding midfielder... No they don't track the winger - they let him just run free. Schoolboy stuff and of course coupled with no pace - kiss of death. Not just them though they same could be said of Faurlin and hall second half

Because of his well-documented injury problems, otherwise he would have played a lot more last season. Neil made him captain (pre-injury) and clearly rates him.

I agree. We had statistically the best defence last season. Very strange decision.

Most of you lot must do what I do whenever Gorks and Connolly are playing, close your eyes.
They would be no improvement on Gabbidon & Hall.
What with no transfer kitty, the lowest wages in the premiership, Gabbidon & Hall is as good as it's gonna get, I'm afraid.

Orr was abysmal, 3 of the goals down to him

Does Orr know he can go towards the attacker instead of back peddling into the area?

Was backing off big time -- always about 10 metres away from the man with the ball, watching the ball, and giving so much time and space it was unbelievable.
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

I hate to say it but I think Bradley lacks the nous for this level - he certainly needs to wise up fast.
