Thoughts on tomorrow?

My worry is that bolton are a seasoned premiership team with a cracking manager. We built our season on a solid defence but as we all know, we would still give at least 3 good chances a game.....something which tends to get missed when you look at the stats! These premiership teams will take these chances and the quality of set pieces will go up markedly. With our pitch it's also easy for teams to sit and just defend then hit us on the break and then via set pieces.

Having said all that, I think that most teams will come and attack us and see it as a 3 points they need to take. So, that should open it up for us at the other end. Last season we missed loads of chances upfront....something that I hope dj and bothroyd will change.

Bolton isn't used to playing at a rocking LR, we just need to build up the atmosphere. I reckon we'll be strong at home this season.

. LR is a small compact ground and alot of established PL side wont be used to that. When their top players are going to take a corner and theres 200 Rangers hurling abuse for 2 foot away i honestly think their bum holes will be squeeking!

Bolton at home is an excellent match to start with. It will be a true test of how good we really are.

I'd rather have a match like this than kick off against either Man U at one end of the scale or Swansea at the other.

My prediction is for a high scoring match - I think we'll let in a couple as defensively I'm not convinced we have the quality for clean sheets like last season, but I think Tarbs, Bothroyd and DJ will be a right handful for visiting teams.
