They are now saying that the decision might be left as late as, but no later than, tomorrow, as the authorities want to be as flexible as possible -- I suppose a third night of relative calm in London at least might increase the chances of London matches going ahead.
It doesn't help people coming from abroad who are flying in on Friday, but it would be a more accurate picture they would be looking at.
It sounds as though West Brom are expecting their game with Man U to go ahead, as are Spurs.
