    Here is to hoping..

But, I dont think Murphy and Perone will count as new signings as they have technically been with the club for a while..

You mean the winger than scored more PL goals than Fernando Torres in 2011?

Bullard, Puncheon and hopefully Bertrand would keep me happy for the time being. Added with Gabbidon, then Taarabt staying and DJ and Bothroyd up top, it's hardly the worst window.

Bullard is unlikely due yo his wage demands, but would take him at this stage, also Bertrand,no thanks to the southampton guy

Will Southampton want to sell now that the wonderkid has gone to Arsenal?

. Some of our fans seem to have ideas above our stations. Those players are more than capable of competing with the likes of Emerson Boyce, Ben Watson, David Dunn, Jason Roberts, Elliott Bennet and Nathan Dyer. Those are the sorts of players we need to be able to beat, not comparing ourselves to the likes of Rooney, Terry, Suarez, Vidic etc.

I think if anyone expected it to be any better than that they are complete tools. On next to no money we have assumed a better squad than Norwich and Swansea. Don't care what anyone says, Bothroyd is a better all round player than Graham and cost 3.5 million less. Routledge is no big loss, was great end of last season but playing against full backs equally as quick this season is totally different. Norwich think they are finishing 14th with no Premiership proven quality. Bradley Johnson is the best addition they have made and he wouldn't get into our first 11 especially if Bullard comes. I'm not expecting us to win Saturday as Bolton will be a tough test, they have a great manager and actually play attractive and effective football so u can't accuse me of being a positivist, just being realistic. We are in a mini-league of 8 sides, whom we have as good as or better first 11 as, irritates me people write us off without even kicking a ball.

Never said he wouldnt. Simply asked whether you were referring in your statement to the same winger that has scored more than Torres... yes or no?
