Derry Back to Palace?

This story won't go away, has surfaced 2 or 3 times over the summer so there must be some truth to it somewhere.

I think if you asked Shaun if he was to leave QPR, where would he go, im pretty certain his answer would be Crystal Palace before any other club, he does have a big genuine affection for the club.

I dont disagree, yes IF he were to go and had a choice he probably would choose Palace as he has roots there. However, IMO, theres no way he will be leaving QPR this summer. Well see though eh!

I think if one QPR player deserves his chance to play in The Premier League, it is Shaun Derry. His contribution to our promotion last season was immense.

Totally agree. I think he might suprise a few people in the Prem in the same way he suprised us all last season!

It does seem unlikely,but if we are more than just a bit interested in Ruudi guy then a p/x for Cline might interest both clubs, I think Plalace wiould need Derry more than they would need Cline this season

Id love to see him given a chance ( and he may just get it) but the diffrence in standard is immense...and the biggest diffrence is seen at holding / centre midfield......

Would get palace promoted though !!

Can understand why Palace would like him back but i really can't see QPR agreeing to let him go - i'm sure he will do a good job for us this season.
But with Paladini doing things behind Warnocks back who knows what might happen....
