    Healthy Competition For Starting Places

When you look at our squad now, there's some pretty good competition for starting spots. First time I've been able to say that for years - we've always looked a bit thin on the ground.

Has to be a good thing.

11 on a pitch at any 1 time so good enough for me!
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

          1st team :- Kenny

          Dyer Hall Gabbidon Hill

          Smith Faurlin Derry Tarrabt

          Bothroyd Campbell

          2nd team :- Cerny

          Orr Gorkks Shittu Connolly

          Ephraim Rowlands Buszacky Cook

          Helguson Agyemang

Almost 2 players for every position, and some players not named in either of the above teams, so not doing too bad.....but could definately do with 1 or 2 more, left back and centre mid or a wide player i would say.

Only Helguson and Buzz are good enough cover for the Prem from that 2nd team. Gabbidon and Hall are suspect from the first team and Hill may also struggle.

I would say Cerny, Orr, Connolly are capable replacements if needed.....i would also add Rowlands to that list if fit, but unfortunately dosen't look as though he's in the managers plans
