Has anyone tried buying home tickets from the offy?

I'm trying to get 2 bolton tickets & a newcastle ticket.
Should be able to purchase as i'm a super hoop s/t holder but all seems weird compared to previous yrs.
Can get into the system no problem but no interactive map appears that use to dot available seats.
Whatever button i press the system doesnt appear to allocate tickets.
Has anyone else tried to purchase via the offy?
Renewing my s/t was no problem.
