Help needed

Want to get tickets for the Everton game one for me and one for my mate who is away on holiday both season ticket holders. The problem I am having is his loyalty points are not showing up so I can't get him 1 online or via ticketmaster. All the numbers I have for the club that start in 020 just go beeb and cut off the ticket hotline just sends you through to ticketmaster. E-mail says 2 days to reply. I always look for the good in Qpr but this is hacking me off so if anybody knows a way to get hold of sombody at Qpr other than going to the ground let me know thanks.

Buy 2 tickets online on your client ref, then assign 1 to your mate using his client ref - done myself earlier

It wont let me cos he has no points on his account but has renewed his season ticket so i need his account put right but can't contact anybody at the club to ask.
