                Will be a great signing. Superb player although I think if any of us realistically think we have any chance of signing him we need ours head examined!

                                There were rumours last week Fergie might take a gamble on him, and if not, they'd be countless takers. I'm sure even Arsenal were mentioned a few weeks back and he's exactly what they need.... what on earth makes anyone think he would come to us....?

                                                Yep, he wrote on Twitter at the weekend apparently defending Jose Enrique who slammed their lack of ambition after they lost to Leeds. Barton said: "If only we as players could tell the fans exactly how it is, without them above fining us lots of money. There will be a time and a place.
