we will also spend some serious dosh on a striker? absolutely ecstatic if it shows the board have decided to stop ****ing about and spend some serious money BUT if there is a tight budget I must admit I'd rather they had gone out and blown it all on a top striker. But hey, feeling a lot more optimistic now - maybe they'll buy a really decent striker too!

True, though I hope we don't over-egg the paella on that front. I'm not one of these neanderthals who have a problem with foreign players but think the physical nature of the championship means you need a fair amount of brawn.Comment
