As I read and remember it - £20m over 5 years only if and when we a Premiership outfit. That was in 2008.

I vaguely recall only worth £1m a season in the Championship.
But 4 times that if in the Premiership.

So bearing in mind it was agreed and publicised 3 years ago -

We've had £3m for 3 years. but missed out £9m so far (would Total £12m)

Good news, is we get £4m this season, and same again next season if we can stay up. Otherwise, back to a £1m in the Championship.

So in effect, this 5 year deal will be worth £8m worst case or £11m best case.
Still better than any previous sponsorship deal in our history, I'd suggest.

Better than Car Giant or Influence anyway.
There are some things Tango has done well, but it's fair to say he should have this seasons Kit and sponsorship tied up and announced by now.
