    Wayne Routledge

Jay Bothroyd just tweeted " I hope we can sign @Wayne Routledge"
    Does He know something?.
Opinions are like A******s, everyone has one, but nobody wants to see the other guy's.

I agree with the big man!
    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
    And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Really hope so! But in fairness, i get the impression (maybe wrongly so) that Routs is a greedy b**tard and the way Leicester are splashing cash I dont think our owners will be able to match. Hope I'm wrong though, would be great to see the 2 of them together next year tearing the likes of Wigan a new jam roll!

Routledge will know we have spare cash if we sell Taarabt, he could use that as a tool, plus it's all up to whether the owners let Neil see any of it.

he'll go wherever suits his wallet best, wayne won't look back at his career and rue missed opportunities

Agree, and what he will do is look back at his wallet and wonder if he could have earned more

Would be over the moon to resign WR.

Forget this b0llox about he's never cut it, he was always behind top players plus NW will get the v v best out of him.

                    Come home Routs!!

The WR saga is like one of those lousy soaps where no one looks happy and good news never appears;it should be pulled; new script needed and new lead character too.

Routledge re-tweeted what Bothroyd said. May suggest he would like to come back too, but then again may not

Routs can do one...money grabbing little dwarf. Even if we did sign him he'd be eyeing up where he could move to in january higher up the league...seriously, worked for us at the end of last season? a big big fat YES. Would he give 100% for us next? Not until the transfer window was nearing.

Journey man, money grabbing little so n so.

But anyway, yes we are in negotations now that we have a bit more "weekly wage" money to spend

I thought the issue with Routledge was a severance dispute with Newcastle rather than him trying to get more off us? Am I wrong?
