Bothroyd.. NW's vision for the club...

I wonder how Jay Bothroyd must be feeling after NW 'sold' his vision of where the club were going etc blah blah.. and now it looks like there's bugger all to spend on transfers meaning that we will be scraping the bottom of the player barrel as it were.. Danny Webber etc...

I wonder if he's starting to think have I been sold a pup and or b.u.l.l.s.h.i.t.t.e.d to...

I know all the reservations about Derry and Hill at this time last year but I think we can say with some degree of certainty that Danny Webber will be hard pressed to make any sort of impression this season...

I think fans have every right to expect the worst if this is the type of player that we are considering... I am aware that NW appears to be trying to put a positive spin on things but let's be honest deep down he must be very disappointed and wondering the the f.u.c.k is going on at LR....

Jay said on QPR Player that the aim is to stay up this year and build on that.

Yeah but surely NW would have given him some level of assurance that we were going to make a decent fist of staying up rather than just become cannon fodder for one season in the PL before he ends up back in the Championship the following season...

Jeez we are going to be the butt of every joke going at this rate and it will be excruciating seeing Lineaker and Hansen et al trying not to p.i.s.s themselves at our weekly maulings...

And we will, the window is far from shut and there will be more coming in. Now im not saying jaw dropping amounts of money will be spent but i still fell the owners will realise that we need 4/5 to have a real go at staying in this league, probably be through loans.
