as crazy as it sounds id 50/50 consider not playing him at all.. especially if his mind is elsewhere.

Derry deserves it. Although how long he keeps it depends on if he can cut it in the PL. Also Faurlin showed he's made of the right stuff given everything that went on last season,although not sure what his english is like.

I think if Neil does get his half a season from Adel he would be wise to appoint derry as captain squad harmony yada yada. But if Adel gets the bloody hump it could well take that half a season to stop him stroping. Why are most creative players so bloody tempremental!!
