I have seen him more than enough times. At his best he was a good championship player. And he will never be anywhere near his best again after injuries.

He was close to going to Sheff Wed a League One side. Warnock was happy to let him go. If they or Warnock thought he was good enough for the Premiership they would not have been after him and Warnock would not have let him go.

Just beacause we have signed no players all of a sudden everyone in our squad will be good enough in the premiership. Cue the.........Can Angelo Balanta score goals next season.....

He may be suited better to the pace of the Premiership than the Championship. I certainly think he has something to offer if he stays.

nobody is saying that all of our players are good enough for the Prem..even Adel..thats the point...none of us know..what i am saying is how can you make a judgement on a player you haven't seen play in a few years

I did hear from someone within the camp that Cookies been told if he can prove his fitness there is a place in the 25 for him.
You can look at that in 2 ways, either Warnock rates the guy or our squad is going to be so bare that even Keith Curle fancies his chances of nabbing a squad number.

Thought it was mentioned before the end of last season, so would presume NW does rate him, or someone at the club does.

get him on a pay as he plays contract...he pays Paladini and then the waiter makes sure he's picked.

We will make signings, if we were not going to bother then warnock would not be talking to every tom **** and harry. Did anyone see the Alan Sugar programme about the Prem, the bottom 10 club chairmen are trying to impose a 20 k wage cap , looks like T and C are following this plan to the letter !

Not like we are signing much better. I'm pretty sure him and Rowlands will be included in our 25 man squad.
yes, and now that routledge is gone, cook and rowlands could definitely play a part.

when most teams in the Prem and in England are in debt, it's not a bad idea. Not everyone can have an arab owner who can blow 50 million on a guy who'll sit on the bench.
