Can confirm this is ALMOST true.
In fact it's Ronnie Whelan but the stumbling block is wages --- he's after two can's of Long Life and a bowl of scouse a week with a cup of tea on Tuesday's.
The cup of tea is the sticking point as we all know Barry Fry says T&C wont let Neil sign one up.
