Agree,left Surrey this morning at 7-30 to go to the Box Office,got stuck in traffic so at 9am phoned to see if they answered the phone knowing that it would be busy.I got through and was told i was 6th in the queue and after 2 mins told me i was 3rd so in pulled into B & Q at Chiswick thinking i could do it over the phone.I was quickly down to no 1 in the queue but then held on for 10 mins until a guy answered and i had been directed to ticketmaster or someone to then be told "we are having problems with our systems please ring back in 3-4 hrs" ABSOLUTE JOKE.

Had the same myself last week but rang back later in the day and got through.

8 box-office staff answering phone calls sums it up
Employ some more staff and buy some more phones
It's 2011 and QPR are premiership now FFS you tight ****ers

I rang the other day to see if I could move my seat...held on for about 20 minutes and when someone finally answered they couldn't help because...yes you've guessed...it was Ticketmaster.

Did you call the 08444 number?.That's Ticketmaster.

Call the main switchboard and ask to get put through to the box office.

The main switch board number is worse they must have one phone left somewhere on it's own with cob webs on it
