Flew over landing at Heathrow from Germany a few times, generally when we've been circling London waiting for a landing slot. You pretty much end up flying down the A4 towards Hatton Cross. I think most takeoffs have been the other way, towards Staines.

Never seen LR from a plane before myself though.Bit hard from an aisle seat.
