Due at companies house by 31/3/9 if they don;t want to pay any penalties.

as above in theory should be filed by next tuesday to avoid a late filing penalty....

however as the new filing penalties are only £150 for up to a month late, £375 for 1-3 months and £750 over 3 months, the club can quite easily afford to miss the deadline....

AFAIK, the AGM hasnt even been called yet for the remaining shareholders to agree the accounts so cant see them being filed by tuesday

They have contacted my uncle Alexey the Amazingly Artful Accountant so their accounts will (seem to) be in perfect order.

Some are far more interested in off the pitch matters then those on it but each to their own I guess.

Usually the ones who dont attend anyway so I guess it gives them some kind of QPR fix to be getting on with.
