    Taarabt goes-Warnock Walks?

Considering Neil Warnock must be absolutely frustrated at the lack of transfer activity surely keeping Adel is now vital. So if the board accepted this PSG bid is it enough to make Warnock think f*ck this & walk?

Not a doom & gloom thread but I can honestly see this scenario play out. I can guarantee Warnock will not see the funds from Adel's sale SHOULD it happen which again will just add insult to injury.

I'm seriously worried now, everyday things just seem to get that little bit worse.

    Thoughts?

Ric, I posted this in another thread...

'If rumours are to be believed, Neil and Adel aren't exactly getting on at the moment, so what makes you think that this isn't what Neil wants? Why would he want a disruptive player in the team who clearly doesn't want to play for us?

I think there are deeper problems revolving our golden child, than some wish to admit.'
    Your mum would love me...

Can't see why a manager would want to sell his prize asset when we he is currently working with a Championship squad. Makes no sense whatsoever.

I agree Adel is probably being difficult, but that's nothing new to Warnock, get him back training & get his head right again. If we had some good signings made I would maybe agree with you but as it stands we are going into the Premiership with a weaker squad than we had in the Championship!

If adel is unhappy then why hasn't he handed in a transfer request?

He's just got married so could well be still away on his honeymoon, if he's having one.

I have no eveidence, just what you read. Of course, this could be rubbish too, but Neil strikes me as someone who'll try hard, and if things are constantly thrown in his face, he'll soon get bored of being nice and defensive of someone. I genuinely believe that Adel has over stepped the mark with Neil's trust, and for that reason, I doubt Neil cares too much for the lad.

Like I say, I may be nowhere near the truth. It's more an opinion.

Fair enough mate sounds pretty reasonable to me. Warnock isnt the sorta bloke to be made a fool of so it does make sense. Plus, I'm sure he could alot with 8mill (although if we were to see that for transfers is a whole different matter).

You could not be further from the truth. Warnock is happy to let him go and has planned for that eventuality since the Leeds game. Tarrabt has over stepped the mark, to be honest did so re the Leeds game. Warnock like most in football is fully aware of his limitations and trust me nobody in football can believe the fee PSG are offering.

To be honest it might work in our favour with Spurs who will get a klarge part of the fee and might see there way to loaning a couple in return, particularly if it helps them sign a player or two.

Good deal for us either way and one Warnock is happy to accept.

I totally understand what your saying re; Adel over stepping the mark but its nothing new is it? We don't hear half of his antics off the pitch & as football goes that's where a manager / player / club is judged.. Not on strops behind the scenes.

Personally I go with the old adage of you don't sell your best players. Especially when NW is likely to see none of the fee.
