Its going a bit pear shaped by all accounts.

Definitely was no problems a month ago between board/manager. Things seem a bit frosty now.

As for bonuses, its my understanding (and I don't know how much they were) only 2 board members have paid them out are Bernie and Flavio, with some dispute in regards the totals and some being held back.

Believe it or not, only relying bits of info, that I am getting here and there.
