2) How many people replied to our request for new OSC Committee members? - NONE
Where were all those who now want to know so much about the OSC, its set up and membership? Where was the interest then - or ever in the past?
I haven't commented publicly on any of the assaults against the OSC that have been going on, because being Secretary I was bound by the rules of the Constitution and acted rather more professionally than personally, sticking to the task that I undertook quite a while ago.
The Committee didn't lie down and roll over at the meeting of 3 June - we raised some hard and emotive issues on behalf of the supporters, the vehemence of which surprised the Club's representatives. The minutes you read were not my minutes and did not reflect the entire content of the meeting. Rest assured, we asked the club for an EGM immediately after receiving the request... I've been asking persistently for the same for almost four weeks but nothing has been forthcoming.
As some of you have commented, we don't get to meet with Flavs or Bern .... but it seems a lot of you out there think the OSC Committee should be beating a track straight to their offices. Get real! It's not about the strength of the OSC - have the LSA, QPR 1st or any other organisation managed to achieve more? It was the Club's decision to make the OSC Committee the "mouthpiece". Perhaps more a case of lambs to the slaughter, but we were prepared to take on the task.
I'm no longer the Secretary, nor am I on the Committee as of last night so I can be as political and publicly abusive about issues as a lot of others out there in messageboard-land. I'm also stung by ticket price increases and the boardroom issues affect me too. I can join my voice with yours - publicly now - but it doesn't mean I felt it any less than others at that time.
Bring it on everyone, #### off the OSC to your heart's content but, when the time comes and an EGM is eventually held, please don't feel bashful at putting yourselves forward to work as hard as I've done for the past few years. The opportunity is all yours.
Signing out..... Linda Favell
(This message will be repeated across other boards)

She still doesn't say how the committee members are elected in the first place and why ballot forms are not sent to its electorate.
She hasn't explained why their minutes did not correspond to the ones put up by the club.
She doesn't understand that the fans aren't having a go at the OSC. People are just asking why they're not being more transparent in how they run. I have never been sent anything from them in all my life. People have not been given a choice as to whether or not you should be part of the OSC.First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

Certainly not on here, nor on Reports site. If anything, fans have gone out of their way to praise the work that was done.
All very strange. Romanov-esque!
No dig at all towards those who post on INDYS as all fans entitled to differing opinions

Didnt the Romanovs get shot?
I think if you go back through the threads with an unbiased viewpoint there are some individuals that have slagged of the OSC and its committee. As Linda has pointed out the committee were bound by the constitution to not answer back , therefore they didnt. It wasnt the OSC's fault that the 'board' chose only to deal with them, an action which didnt endear the OSC to the likes of the LSA etc but lets be honest an easy action for the board to take.
As Linda says there was an AGM this year and as I said the other day it was advertised in the programme. How many people showed up? How many of the people complaining about transparency of the OSC were there? Of course you may well reply that you didnt see the notice, or you were unaware of the OSC's existance, fair comment, the club want to deal with the OSC but do you see them raising the OSC's profile? no.
Dont blame the OSC for this, the blame is firmly with the club, the OSC has become focus by some of you when we should be blaming the ****s on the board for increased prices etc. Karen has 3 season tickets to buy,do you think she is happy?
Linda is a passionate QPR supporter and at least with the OSC there was some, very very small I grant you conduit between a board and the fans. I fear with the loss of the Mittals, the disrespect for the fans and the willingness for the club to let the OSC look like they have never raised an issue but sit drinking g and t at the meetings any chance for interaction will be lost. The board dont give a **** about us the fans, they dont actually care about the OSC either (sending Joe Kyle to the meetings? sorry Joe), they dont care about the football, they care about the money in their pockets

For an OSC, in my view, they have been non-existant, well at least in terms of QPR. All QPR season ticket holders and members should have had some form of contact from the OSC at least once to introduce themselves if nothing else. As the club have now chosen the OSC as an offical channel for fans, i'm sure they will be happy to grant them access to the supporters database. I know i wouldn't mind hearing from the OSC, how about you?
As for Linda, where are her minutes of the meeting??????I'd love to read all these hard hitting questions they asked!

Good point, but if there are 9000 season ticket holders and several thousand members then that communication has to be to all of them. So either you read the OSC page on the offish or communications sent out with s/t renewal or independently, either channel costing money, OSC dont have any so they have to ask the money grabbing dont caqre about the fans board to cough up..........dont need the answer to that do you
