Latest on Google alert on Beckford is that Doncaster have denied making a £1m bid for Beckford.Beckford's agent has said he will only move to a top-half Championship or Premiership club.He's also said he is prepared to wind down the last year of his contract at Leeds and leave on a free at the end of next season if necessary.He's obviously got the hump over Leeds missing out in the play-offs.Even though his penalty miss contributed to this,I still think he would do a great job for the R's and worth a £1m punt,given that we paid more than that for Delaney and in desparate need of a striker.WAKE UP FB and JM.

We want 1.5- 2 mil for Dex who we don't want, but won't pay the same for a replacement.Will be the same as last year we will be rumoured to have put in bids for certain players but nowhere near the asking price, ending up with nobody.

Well said Hemelhoop.They want at least £1.5m for Dex,£1m for Camp and £1m for Delaney,but fail to see we desperately need a decent striker or two and even then won't spend the money,and Bhattia would have us believe they the board have learnt from last years mistakes.The main mistake is that we were the Championship's lowest scorers,yet Amit believes we are in for a successful season.Where have I heard that before - the start of LAST season.
