Last summer s/t holders were laughed at for renewing with comments like why renew we've only signed Derry.
Come end of season, people coming out of the wood work complaining they couldn't get Leeds tickets and having a go at those same s/t holders for being allowed to buy extra tickets.
No other club would fans speak like this especially when the club has just been promoted because most decent fans of all clubs know what it is to be a s/t holder, for many it's a big commitment like buying your first house. Then year after year you renew whatever happens to the club through the shite Yrs and good yrs. You make sacrifices both financial and personal but you just keep doing it because you love the club in the same way as you keep paying the Mortgage. You might not like your mortgage company but your not going to stop paying and then stand outside the high street branch with your placard.
At a club like ours, if the criteria is you only renew when the board was backing the fans and/or manager then we wouldn't have any season ticket holders for over thirty years.
People can come on here mouthing off about calling
renewers mugs but I think it's clear that many of these people simply drift in and out in relation to the club and because they have no attachment to the club they simply prefer to insult rather than provide any constructive dialogue.
    Well said.

At the end of the day you either support QPR or you don't. If you simply can't afford a ST that's different.

Fully agree mate, my rant is not against non s/t holders as people don't have one for a plethora of reasons such as cost, family/work commitments or location. My annoyance is with those who attack people with s/t purely to be divisive.
