I think you might be jumping the gun my viking friend. I have no idea what this means, but I guess you are suggesting there has been some sort of take-over. While I'd love this to be true it could be anything from some internal share transfers, maybe it could even be Mittals flogging their shares? Until someone comes along who really knows what this means we are in the dark.

it basically means 3billion shares in qpr holdings were today put up for sale, but the vendor is at this moment undisclosed, could either be mittals shares or ecclestones

It is probably a listing that QPR Holdings is up for sale at a price of 3 billion x 1pence shares. So far no offer since the day it was listed, hence no offerer

Why listed today?

The Panel is basically a sales board, any company that wants to sell some shares or all shares will have to be listed on the panel. Any company that is interested in buying the shares "Offeror" has to fill in forms and be listed here.

Basically it shows the owners are looking to sell, that would explain the silence and general non spending of money, the more cash is in the business the better the product on offer.

Looks like no one so far has officially offered
