Dave any comment on what smudge recently said on twitter ?

"I have to be honest at this point in time there doesn't seem to be any substance to these QPR take-over rumours"

Fyi smudge has a pretty good inside knowledge on most things so who do we believe ?
Someone such as you who has had a stab at being an itk and so far has a 100% failure rate or someone who seems to be pretty much on the ball with his inside info ?

Why have we not signed anyone that you have mentioned over the last few weeks

I don't know why I am defending him at the moment but nevermind.

He wrote on this site that NW were about to sign, DJ Bullard Bothroyd etc.

That is believable rumours and it actually might be true.
Because theese players maybe were close to sign for us, but then the Mittal+arab bid came and NW were told that he were not allowed to sign any players before the takeover takes in place.

I don't know if any of this is true, it's just my thought.

The takeover could be completed tomorrow. That's the reason we have not signed anyone yet, once the takeover is done, you can enjoy the next few days, the takeover would release the money to the manager.
