Did you ask Rowly and Cookie if they will be with us next year, or if they are following Gavlar out the door?

I bumped into Vine and Routs there Thurs and Routs said the club have made no move for him and he is waiting for them to...

I know i will get major stick for this and cant quite believe i am saying this but do we really need routs? he will cost 1.5 at least as the toon wont want to lose money on him! his wages are big? and this is where i should hang my head but is he even good enough for the prem? I am hoping if we do sign him he can finally perform for a team in the prem as he has never done it before in my eyes

These are just questions i want to see what people think as well?

I can def see where youre coming from mate. He never has done it in PL (1 goal in 99 games says it all!). But i would still like to see him back next year, personally. I think he could do a job for us, he seems to fit in quite well in our system and, if we keep Tarbs, they link up f**king well!

They do link up well that is for sure, for me he will have a lot to prove if we do sign him!

If Routledge can't hack the Prem, I'd very much doubt Mackie would either.

Well we are pretty screwed then cause my point was that Routs has'nt in 99 games in the prem been able to play anywere near the level he has in the championship... i think mackie will be able to and i think an important player for us will be tommy smith as well

Tommy smith could hack it but agree if WR doesn't produce then mackie definately won't.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

i actually saw John Terry & Lampard do that in a night club 2 years ago proper C**K's got warned by club bouncers who in turn got told by who i believe to have been the manager or owner to leave them be and gave them a bottle of champers to apologise

WR better than JM any day.
Agree that Smith is one who will do a job for us.
