    yeah totally agree mate, but i dont think there is an english player good enough to do that.

      good thing about england is you have a lot of good right wingers, so if rooney is no. 9, then lennon or walcott etc is right wing, all you need is a great left wing so go back to 4-3-3 and dump the 4-4-2

          if rooney and carroll can play together that would be great ...venables SAS again , let's hope carroll can stay injury free, he played really well with Nolan at newcastle.
