Bernies Dream .....street grand prix aka Singapore, need a base in London to become home, Silverstone is knackered looking for a base to push on from. A40 M25 A3 lots of options...why else buy QPR it's not for the good of the supporters, did they not doa street demo in Oxford Street not that long ago, maybe a longshot but why not?

Silverstone is far from knackered.They have just spend £27m on a new pit and granstand complex. The facilities for racing teams, press and hospitality are state of the art now. The grand prix is contracted to Silverstone for the next 16 years so I think that particular horse has bolted.
(and besides we make a pretty penny from B & B evey July!!!
