        Left Brighton after a year, and then went to Leeds without Taylor.

        Then they joined up again at Forest.
        I believe they did mention it in the film, he met the Brighton owner, they shook hands, and Clough walked away because Leeds offered him the job.
        Taylor didn't forgive him for years, only at the end of the film, did they both bury the hatchet, after Clough apologized. They didn't show any games, but there were scenes about the brighton spell.

                                Yep, thought they'd left that out as well - was friends at school with the son of Brighton's Chairman, Mike Bamber, at that time, so got all the Cloughie inside info! was very interesting.
