Season Ticket renewal

Are we supposed to be getting a renewal pack or do we have to make the effort to renew.
the silence from the club is deafining obviously not interested in keeping old season ticket holders.

if you want a renewel pack you must send the club a cheque for postage and packaging for £49.99 upon you will get your pack gift wrapped in a sheer gold envelope hand delivered by courier, with regards from bank of bernie and flav!

You don't really need a renewal pack in order to renew your season ticket.
I didn't.
