It's all a bit like saying because Stan Bowles, or Gerry Francis, or Les Ferdinand or (pick your own favourites) were such great players for the club, they should play for the club for ever. The greatest players and managers eventually outlive their usefulness, and have to be moved on, either before, or as is so often the case, after they become a liability. Can't see why the same argument can't apply to any employee.

What gets me is this
The poster who posted this up, indicated that Warnock now has 1 million less budget???
Thats the way I read it.
Now I get accused of spin??
Is the headline actually true, or is it to make fans feel more angry about a situation, that doesn't actually exist?ALL BEST BANTER AND ALL THE LATEST FROM QPR.

Bernie's
I can see an argument for him going now. I have said so.
Job is done, with us in the Premiership.
Problem is this
The argument is not based on his longivity at the club, that I have no argument with.
Problem is, people have been on his case from Day 1 and never let up. Despite successesALL BEST BANTER AND ALL THE LATEST FROM QPR.

It's a very dramatic way to raise the debate, but it's still cost the club a substantial amount of cash.
For me the fact that we were found guilty of 2 of the charges is the most damaging to the club's reputation, but that's less tangible.
That has to come from somewhere.

Seem to remember Pete vehemently arguing that we'd never be successful playing 1 up front at home. Pretty sure it was one of the reasons he apparently turned against Sousa, strangely only a short time after a certain board member told a number of fans that Sousa was a "c*nt" for not playing more of the umpteen strikers we apparently had.Originally posted by Quaz View Postgot to laugh, funny how 2 of the teams who got rid are now promoted
How many strikers did NW line up with LR in home games this season?

personally couldn't give a toss about he said she said, all petty and boring.Originally posted by Bernie's Barnet View PostSeem to remember Pete vehemently arguing that we'd never be successful playing 1 up front at home. Pete has said a lot of things, funny really how many people have a crack but STILL read what he writes.
Not sure why sousa has been bought up again but i think the fact that 2 teams he was sacked from are now promoted, says alot about the arguement really.

Now they think we are cheats or the team who charge ridiculous money for rubbish seats, or the club that beat up the Chinese or the team 'buying' success. I'd honestly prefer my QPR back then Premiership football.

this
Had our name dragged thru the dirt yet again thanks to the dodgy Italian twunt
All i get is from other fans is how we "cheated our way to the prem"...jesus the guy is a ****ing liability and needs to be kicked out of our club before he drops us in the **** again.Last edited by vblockranger; 03-06-2011, 11:15 PM.

We might argue on one person in particular and many will agree with your argument.
One thing I am sure of...
I was right about SOUSA
Some were saying he would be a great manager, manage at the highest level.
Where is he now?ALL BEST BANTER AND ALL THE LATEST FROM QPR.

For what it's worth, I don't think it's a simple question of black & white with this guy, he has done some good, some bad. It is simply a question of whether the club could do better, and quite clearly, since BE/FB arrived, the answer has been yes, we've had the financial means to bring in someone far better qualified to do his job. We'd then never have had the Faurlin fiasco and we'd never have had the likes of Pat Agyemang on extortionately long and expensive contracts that still drain the club.Originally posted by qblockpete View PostBernie's

In my view, he is well past his sell by date as far as this club is concerned.

We don't have the same mates.
Most mates of mine don't know who Faurlin is and if they do know, they say he was your Player of the Year previous season, what took the FA so long to deal with it.ALL BEST BANTER AND ALL THE LATEST FROM QPR.
