As you say, mate, it's a bit different now. There isn't a voice of reason within anymore. Just two power hungry, greedy men who actually couldn't care less about anyone but themselves. In fact, I genuinely believe that if fans protest this time, they'll do something out of spite which will leave us in tatters.

That's just my point of view on the matter. I could of course be completely wrong, but I fear the worst if we try to flex our muscles.
    Your mum would love me...

I fear something like this too. I doubt it but maybe just maybe they may have learned from the pre mittal days, in which they do not want to look like a couple of ####.

Words of wisdom there. I'm even holding off sending back my season ticket application until the last minute to see the way the land lies.

At least two posters here engages the brain before hitting the keypads. The fixtures are not even out and the doom and gloon experts are out. Get real. Show some example of so called external militant action that has changed the course of events in a footbal club ( by the way the green and yellow campaign at Man U is now in its third year) all they do is feed the parasites that are the press. Do you think the bad publicity will attract players no it will not.

As for the Mittals, I think people have to understand the business world and how business people operate, you really do need a wake up call. Firstly it would appear they have tried to take control but were rejected. They are not going to pay silly money, would you, of course not. They have not walked away just their board representative has resigned for tactical and principled reasons and if you read matters correctly it is about who it will be the future. One of two things is going to happen. They are sitting, watching and waiting and will strike when the time is right and if this does not happen will eventually sell out. Just tell me who is going to take it over that is better than them with FB and BE still about. You need a better thought out strategy then just knee jerk and empty sabre rattling, I for one would not go over the top of a trench to make empty gestures.

I would suggest a more positive campaign of support will keep the Mittals in, bad publicity and campaigns will drive them away. Your choice but you cant say you were not warned.

Excellent post - so many people panicking here and suggesting ridicilous actions that will just harm the club. Get behind Warnock and the players and let the owners take their time to sort out the ownership issue. Bernie and Flavio are not in this for the long run, that's for sure.

Sorry but yes - because with Tango in charge and Cash not giving a monkeys - 2 defeats out of 5 would be enough to sack NW - dont forget leopards dont change their spots and Tango has form for being a right stupid berkshire hunt

Before someone jumps on my head..

Flavio never interfered last season? he never went away and it might just be he learn't his lessons from the first two years?

He chopped and changed managers until he got it right?

Both Newcastle and WBA got promoted last season and they don't have the same manager..

What Tango and Cash have done is set up themselves from a backlash from the fans, with high season ticket prices and a manager we all respect, it won't be Warnock who gets it in the neck from supporters if it goes pear.

What they also fail to realise QPR is a fortress at home if only they would have looked after there core supporters

As for militant protests, I'd rather hold back.

If it makes the press and media, good players won't touch this club with a bargepole

Some people are born to moan and although it's a drag to hear, if every1 agreed with every1, the world and WATRB would be a very dull place. The two in charge are a strange twosome. I would want the mittals involved straight away but it's not going to happen right now. No point IMO going after tango and cash, if the mittals wanted it that bad then they would have it. My major concern is that I hope transfers are not being put to the back of the line while the kids upstairs argue about their toys. For us this is serious it's our lives and without some additions, it will be extremely tough. Not saying it will happen but what if the board doesn't get sorted until the window shuts??? I dread to say it but a few points in the prem to make up is climbing a mountain.

Look, we all know that Flavio Briatore is the most horrible Italian any of us will have ever come across.
With his diminutive side-kick Bernie Ecclestone, they have regularly shown contempt for QPR fans, as well as make our club the butt of every comedian's joke, and made the matchday experience akin to attending a performance at Billy Smart's circus.
But, keep your powder dry a little while longer lads.
Wait until the transfer window closes, and QPR have played at least six games, before we talk of militant action, because by then, we will know for sure how our first season back in the premiership is likely to pan out.

I'm with you Bushranger. I do not like Cash and Tango one bit, I am disappointed with the way things have panned out of late and I would rather we had the Mittals at the helm. But despite all this I do not feel militant as we can only judge where we are when we know who the new signings are and how we have started the season around the beginning of October.
