I actually think the mittals need to make there minds up. I don't think its healthy for this football club that they have decided to keep there 33% shares. I actually think they are a big part of why the club isn't spending money on the playing staff. Its clear to see it won't work with all involved and I don't see the mittals as serious investors, yes they say the right things but that is as far as it goes and it would make sense if they left the club.I played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

I fully understand how football works and no need for the smart #### patronising swipe.Originally posted by qblockpete View PostLoans, which The Mittals have been happy to oversee.

You paint up BE and FB as the people who have put money up to subsidise our promotion which may be true but you fail to grasp the point. They have loaned us the money and they are charging extortionate interest rates. They don't give a toss about QPR and once they grow tired of their "project" will exit, take the loans back and leave QPR in admin.
You are sitting by playing some sort of trumpet for the owners while dancing to a tune given to you by God knows who. You need to wise up and grow some balls.

Spot on, but don't expect Pete to respond as he never has any response to the truth other than spin, spin, spin. So many thanks for adding to our debt, Mr Briatore and Mr Ecclestone, you are two heroes amongst men. Now do one and take your pigging Poodles with you. Thanks.Originally posted by Sprocket View PostIt's LOANS dear...LOANS. He is not doing anything out of the good of his heart.

Ernie died years ago, next thing you telling us is that Les Dawson is coming in to buy us!

Owning just 33% of shares, I don't think there is much more they could do. BE/FB have the controlling interest.Originally posted by qblockpete View PostLoans, which The Mittals have been happy to oversee.

This all makes me sick to the stomach. The Big Clubs are in serious debt, but aren't really in all that much trouble as they WILL make money and there will always be a queue of people to buy them. We all know how easy it's been to attract buyers to QPR and the club has never made money, so we are so much more Pompey than Man Utd.
And yet people like Pete come out and say, 'you don't know what you're talking about, EVERY club is in debt' as if to say its ok that people lend the club money and then spin it round to the fact that they've bankrolled the club. Basically, Flabio bought the club for around 10mil and took on a total debt of around 15 mil. if reports are true the little one wants 100 mil for 67 per cent of a club with at least 45mil of debt.
Basically, debt is fine if there is no risk of the owners calling the debt in or wanting to sell. With Flabio and Dwarf-y the Clowns in charge, who knows what'll happen. But don't worry, Pete says its OK.

People really do have short memories - we nearly went into administration and would be in a simiar position to Oxford - a similar sized club. Bernie and Flavio have whether we like it or not saved the club and have every right to decide whether they sell or not
I know this board is about opinions and in my opinion we are in danger of depressing ourselves so much that you kind of think - what's the point
I can't wait to see us in the Premiership - we, will i'm sure buy some players - let's face it - there have hardly been any transfers in any league so far
We have to be a little more patient and certainly less negative

Short-Sighted. The writing is on the wall. I'm resigned to the fact that we will struggle next year, most likely go down. BE and FB will walk away with the loans payed back, QPR deep in debt and close to admin aka Portsmouth. Once that happens we will sink through the leagues in the years to come. Sounds depressing? Yep, the truth sometimes is.Originally posted by Mem View PostPeople really do have short memories - we nearly went into administration and would be in a simiar position to Oxford - a similar sized club.
