Come out with a statement outlining his plans for the club-hopefully with the prices they are charging it will include a mid table finish helped by good investment over the summer.

Give Neil a new contract to show he is behind him and put and end to all speculation

Generally try to communicate better with the fans.

Now I know this isn't gonna happen in a million years but if he was smart he'd get the fans on board and most likely sell more season tickets for next year. Leave it as it is and he is going to be getting shedloads of negative publicity over the next couple of weeks.
