Know plenty of mates who support various clubs through going to England games and all of them have said they will not pay £50 or more to visit us

A Wolves fan told me that the away prices have already been published there and our price would have been £24 but it seems they are now reviewing the match with us and charging us what we charge there fans and I doubt they will be the last to do so

People may stay away for a couple of games,especially games against the crap teams in the prem,but come the top 10 teams they will go.

It means nothing of the sort. The U School is the minimum we have to give to fit the combination of league requirements + safety requirements. We can technically give them slightlyt less than entire U School, but we can't sell those seats to our fans.

With the best will in the world, £52 per person, plus travel, food etc.,will be a heck of a lot of money, especially if you attend as a family, like we do. We get concession tickets, but presumably those will increase correspondingly, and if the money isn't there, the money isn't there.
We have been sailing close to the wind for a couple of seasons now to follow Rangers away from home, and just won't have the dosh to cover these sort of prices. It's the only thing our disposable income goes on -- we don't have any other luxuries in life.

The thing is that the away end is for the majority 'Gold' which means they have to be charged the same as what we would do on a matchday at the Loft which is £54. How do they expect fans from places like Wigan, Bolton, Stoke and Wolves etc. to pay these kind of prices?? These places are suffering so much in the current economic climate.

Their experience at our ground is going to be terrible. The leg room in the school end is even less than it is in the Upper Loft!

It wouldn't surprise if for some games it becomes a bit like the end at Fulham where half the end is neutral for all the 'tourist' fans.

The rich and the powerful have screwed our country to such an extent, it's not just in Wigan, Bolton, Stoke, etc, people are hurting.
Anybody who is not wealthy is hurting, no matter where they may be.

In London, at our own club, people are being priced out. Hell, people were being priced out while we were in the championship ffs.

OK, our club's wealthy owners wants us paying big bucks to watch a 90minute game of football, it's only right and fair that we demand to see a higher quality of player wearing our hoops.

The wealthy can be pretty stupid, in fleecing us, they have made an expensive rod for their own backs.
