the last direct free kick that we scored that i can recall was Taarabt in the 4-2 win at Derby last season...

I think Faurlin almost scored against Forest. That was a great free kick! Would have been better if it went in though

With tarbs being captain he'll always take free kicks when he's on the pitch. Problem is its not one of his strong points (same goes for corners!)

not that it was last season, maybe even 3 ago now but remember Buz scoring on from about 40yeards out direction Loft...just shot towards goal and bounced over the goalie! can't remember what team though - think it was an evening/winter game - was dark by then.

Buzz also scored one against Reading in the 09/10 season, Taarabt is awful at FK, i think Faurlin should always take them

That's almost certainly what NW tells them.
Nothing to do with AT throwing his weight around etc.
