With 5million even the God warnock wont keep us up. That is a truly dreadful budget and if its true I'm gutted. Don't forget we get nigh on 60/70million just for being in the Premiership and they are giving Neil 5 million.

100% resigned to us going down unless we spend at least 10million because that is how much we need to strengthen.

Wot about loans? I like way NW only used 1 or 2 loanees this season - he deffo prefers to "own" players who want to be at the club rather than have half the team just being temps. However, will he/we have to budge a bit and accept maybe 3/4 loanees? I could tolerate it if they were good players and for the whole season.

We will never know what the budget is, they never tall us FA.

Plus if you new if it was a 5mill budget and they also whacked ST's up by 20% would the fans buy into it.

I reckon 4-5 million on transfers and you can add a good few million in wages. I suspect all players that stay with us, will get improved contracts.

Pretty sure they changed the bonus structure set previously where players get the bonus on promotion and not when scoring goals or other stuff like that

Quite happy to be proved an idiot come next April but if the transfer budget is only 4/5m - and I suspect Pete is right on that - then I think Warno will have to work another miracle to keep us up.

Then that would leave us with free's and loans, not ideal when we have to battle to survive in the prem.

I think we would all like to see us spending £20 or £30million, but it is not going to happen. £4 or £5million is peanuts, but if we can get players like Naughton, Mancienne and Van Aanholt on loan and freebies like Danns, Bothroyd and/or Roberts, then the money we have could be spent on one or two new acquisitions like Graham, Routledge, Whittingham, Ambrose or whoever.

The above names are not players I am suggesting we go in for, just names which keep popping up.

I dont think the Mittals and F1 pair would want to be made the larffing stock of the premiership. Like i said ln Warno we have to trust...we aint got much choice av we !!

8 players i.e. Agyemang, Ephraim, Borrowdale, Clarke, Cook, Tofas, Rowlands, & Vine will all need replacing.

13 others, Cerny, Orr, Hill, Hall, Gorkss, Connolly, Derry, Veggan-Moen, Buzsaky, Mackie, Smith, Hulse, Helguson will all need good PL quality players as competition.

QPR need to name a 25 man squad, so at least 10 new players will be needed, because for me, only Kenny, Faurlin and Taarabt are the only players who can definitely play at PL level.

I think for ths reason, Warnock will be given a budget of around £10M for pre-season signings. Many of his signings will be frees, with two or three ranging from £2-4M.
