I don't see this as particularly good news.

The changes to gantry and also to changing rooms are to meet regs - they give nothing to the fans - in fact the gantry changes will make ER even worse to sit in. I had the misfortune of sitting behind the gantry for the Hull match and I could not see any of SAR. I like to see the fans when I watch a match and this will make it even worse.

I know we have to do this, but it's not really going to make match day experience any better for anyone except the pampered players and press.

Why would a big TV gantry make you proud?

I still love our ground anyway. Would have it any day of the week over Madjeski/Ricoh/Pride Park etc etc

Yeah, because I bet they just put those pillars in for no reason at all and if you take them out then it won't effect the structure of the ground at all.

A new roof on the Ellerslie is do-able - might even mean you could add 5 additional rows at the top. Hmmmm.....

They need to sort out the ellerslie road walkways. Have to fight your way to the toilets at half time. Not fun.

Anyone notice but the Lotto advertising signs are still there, does this mean we still have them or are they yet to be replaced. Hmmmmmmmmm

Increasing ground capacity should be our top priority.

Was about to say I was surprised there has been no announcement about the future of the ground but then I remembered this club never makes important announcements.

Wd like to know whether the plan is to work on ways of extending Loftus Rd or to sit tight for a five plus years till they sort out a new stadium.

unless we move, we can't increase ground capacity.

As a foreign QPR fan, it looks like I will not be able to get tickets next season If I make a visit to London as there seem to be no capacity increase.

Was saying it somewhat Tongue in cheek ... Seems to me that we will be just doing the bare minimum ... Would like to have seen some real improvement, incorporated with change ... Surely as other posters have said, could they not have somehow revamped the stand - including maybe adding to capacity ... They've had plenty of time to consider options... 18500 for premiership - you tell me

they can easily be replaced with sky hooks.
