Shouldn't even be thinking of parting with NW unless he wants to go.

Fools am did get rid of MA and it worked but there are plenty of others that haven't

AC Charlton what happened to them

MO'n Villa look what happened to them.

I know different circumstances but these clubs also thought their managers have taken them as far as they can and they were right as they collapsed after that

IMO the way Warnock guided us out of the Championship shows he has the tactical brains. The only reason he was relegated with United was because he wasn't properly backed by their board financially. I garuntee with the right resources Neil will keep us up. I honestly wouldn't want to swap him with anyone at the moment.

If i was one of the Administrators i would remove this post.We had had so much unrest in the club over the last few years why create more with outrageous comments of picking between Warnock and others.Lets get one thing straight without Warnock 100% we would not be in the prem.Lets look to stabilise not and not cause unrest.

That said, we shouldn't even be discussing this. Warnock should be sitting happily on a new deal. I'd be pretty miffed, though not surprised if Warnock was shown the door.

Al-Fayed did something very similar at Fulham in ejecting Micky Adams for Keegan after he'd secured them a promotion.
                  I'm with you.

Of course, Ranieri is a better manager than Warnock. He is world class, in my opinion. However, Neil deserves his chance with us in the Prem as he's more than earnt it. I'm a big fan of Neils, and I'd be f**ked off if we didn't stick with him. If for instance, West Ham offer him the job, and he decides to go, it'd be with my blessing and best wishes, but I doubt he'll want to jump. Not if he feels he'll be backed by our owners.

I sincerely hope that he gets his chance.

People must still be upset about the parade...

At least Neil will see it through to the end,if things didnt go to plan Ranieri would jump ship to the next best offer.

Give them both the same amount of dosh who would be better...no give Warno half then who would be more successful ? No brainier, Warno don't need money he can get the best out of a crap player. Give Warno some good players then we are gonna be a pain in the ars to the big guns.

Should we debate Warnock's ability and talent as a man manager, motivator, tactician and Manager?

He was told categorically when he took over not to play Adel as he would get him the sack and, as Warnock puts it - that's what happened to the previous dozen or so
Anyway, as we know, Neil went completely the opposite way and buit the whole game plan around him - absolute genius management

Add to that the fact that Warnock took a bunch of failing misfits from the bottom end of the league to Champions within 14 months and went on a 19 game unbeaten run straight after introducing Kenny, Hill, Derry and Mackie into that bunch of erstwhile wasters (and let's be honest here, the new players are not Messi-esque or even Gareth Bale are they) and I then cannot see why anyone would suggest he doesn't have the ability required to do the job.

Not going to say anymore on the matter other than the following:

By bringing in Clint Hill and Shaun Derry, improving the fortunes of Heider Helguson, and making Adel Taarabt captain, were all absolute masterstrokes, amongst others, showing NW's incredible man management skills. Personally I think he is improving as a manager and has done with virtually ever move he has made in his career, he can only get better, why oh why oh why would we want anyone else, END OFF.

I don't think anyone's etting upset, mate. You asked, and we're answering. I can just see people stressing how annoyed they'd be if this happens.

I'm pleased to see the majority so far are backing NW.
