    When can teams in the premier league start signing players?
    I played sunday league football today.

    Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

    I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

    We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

      July 1st is when the window officially opens. But deals can be put in place at any time.

          Summer window opens July 1st at 09:30 and closes August 31 at 23:59 (may be extended to 17:30 on Sept 1 to allow for Bank Holiday Monday but needs ratification by PL Board) - 25 man named squad to be finalised at the same point.

                  Clubs can sign players when ever they want but can't play them until the next window is open.
