Who could not care less if we have a parade or not?

    Me for one

I have done my celebrating at the end of every match I attended home and away and had a great after last match party with some good pals so that will do for me

Why would anyone really want to stand on the pavement with a load of people the majority of whom have never set foot in Loftus Rd gazing up at a bus for a 5 second glimpse of a player or two?

With you on that. I'm just looking forward to next season now. Don't care about a parade.

I would of liked one. But for £600k I can understand why the club pulled out.

        Time to move on.

          Can't believe 600k, more like 60k imo.
I understand the excuses, FA charges, Busy road disruptions etc, but I bet if Chelsea won the league they would parade.
First I thought I wasn't bothered as I enjoyed the party after the Leeds game, but lots didn't get tix and missed out.
          But now I think
          1. It was insulting to the fans not to reward their loyaly and support with a parade.
          2. It was also a missed opportunity to promote our club and our success and to attract new fans, sell merchadise etc.
          3. Plus I think it emphasises how inept the clubs marketing, promoting and selling continues to be. We already know how bad the box office is, and how slow the offie is, and we just don't seem to be as professional in this area as we should be.

Wel I do agree with a former chairman. The more I thought about it, he is spot on. Especially when season ticket prices are announced it will come to shock to many people. A Parade also gives many people the opportunity who cannot afford QPR to see their idols. It brings memory on film or photos that many people will cherish

Its okay for the likes of Isleworthranger, myself and many others fans as we celebrated 3 times POTY, WATFORD and LEEDS, but many could not

I am really gutted,i went up to ground with my eldest boy,and his mate who,s qpr,saw all the crowds, sang the songs outside the ground, and thought i know i,ll buy a programme, last day in championship

couldn't give two sh*ts about a parade personally.

what we DEFINITELY need however, is another thread on it, - i make it 15 parade threads on the first page alone.

oh, and why haven't we signed anyone yet FFS?!

What club in the world celebrates being champions with half its winning squad missing in JULY?

I bet by that time nothing even happens.

It will be £20 to see us against some poxy European club in some meaningless friendly where we as fans can see the players again with the trophy.

                          Paul,

When we had our last Parade in 2004, the europhria was so great.

The problem with the current board its all a new era to them and past history is in spoken word, but very little is known.

It definitely become a us and them.

I don't know season ticket prices, but I am fearing the worse.

Not to worry, we will no doubt be told its great value.

Wont be 50% IMO. Over a grand would be mad. Could drive a few fans away, only to replaced by muggy plastic fans like Chelsea bods. Be sad if that happened. I said yesterday to my old man 900 would be my limit
