I think those of you that are complaining are seriously underestimating the logistics involved in setting something like this up in London, let alone at such short notice.

so let me get this straight we have 2 billionaire owners we have just been guarenteed another 80 million from the premier league, but they wont part with £600.000 for a parade for us die hard fans who have been through some **** over the last 4 years, its totally **** poor by our owners.

Maybe i am a miserable git, but i would prefer the money and time required to organise this now to be spent on looking and negoitating for players, as there is not much time before next season starts.

I enjoyed my celerbrations Saturday, now looking forward to next season

One of the main reasons is due to the fact that the club had to give 21 days notice to the council...,What with the court case outcome this became a problem .......

Even if they gave 21 days notice on Monday just gone it would have been 3 weeks till the parade !!! The players would all be on their hols !!!!

And in all fairness the party last Saturday was better than ANY parade could ever be !!!

Tbh couldn't give a shiit about a parade now.

Personally I had an amazing season & 2 superb days at Watford away to seal the championship title & Leeds at home to see us lift that baby so walking along the street looking up at a bus does nothing for me. I just feel totally relieved we are going up after what's happened the last 2 months.

That's good enough for me.

LBH&F do allow you to arrange a parade in advance - in confidence - and then cancel at short notice if you lose.

Chelsea *cough* have cancelled a few pre-arranged parades in recent years......
